Translations

You sometimes find yourself in a situation where a sworn or ordinary translation of some document is required. The simplest thing to do is to send us the documents to be translated by e-mail. We will send you a free quote in a short period of time.

Difference between sworn and ordinary translation

The difference is not the content, but rather the official nature of the document. Sworn translations are, in principle, ordinary translations with the signature and stamp of the sworn translator.

Sworn translations are sometimes required by Belgian administrations, but can also be required for use abroad. The price difference is usually around 30%.

Legalisation of sworn translations

The signature of a sworn translator on a document is often not sufficient, but part of a series of legalisations required to be used in Belgium or abroad. We would like to refer you to our legalisation service for this.
