Annual obligations
An association has some annual obligations which are established by law.
Annual accounts
Each year, each association must draw up annual accounts, which have to be approved by the general meeting. Depending on whether the association is small, large or very large, the annual accounts must be filed with the registry of the Enterprise Court or with the National Bank of Belgium.
Members register
An association must keep a register of its members and maintain it at the registered office of the association. Any change must be included within a period of 8 days.
