The registration of deeds and agreements relating to real estate must be registered at the competent registration office.
In the case of a rental contract for the accommodation of a family or a person, the landlord is obliged to register the contract, and the tenant can register the contract. It is important to note that if a rental contract is not registered, the tenant can leave the property without notice.
All other agreements related to real estate are subject to mandatory registration by the tenant and landlord.
